Eagle Explorations

Afternoon Eagle Explorations is a convenient opportunity for your child to experience activities over and beyond what our regular curriculum covers. Our goal is for your child to discover their gifts and interests. We are excited to be able to offer a variety of explorations for our Beginner- 5th grade students.

You must pay in full online, or your Stratford account will be billed in full at the beginning of the class.
By signing up online, you are committing to pay for the class.

 

Please note that some classes are offered more than once and other classes are offered in succession so you may participate in more than one per semester. Some classes will have limitations, so classes will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. If a class is canceled, you will be notified via email used at the time of registration. Your instructor will contact you with a makeup date, no refunds will be issued. Please check the calendar carefully as class dates, times, and locations ALL vary. Check the specific class descriptions for pick up information. All classes will have a ten-minute pick-up window. Any student not picked up within ten minutes of dismissal will be transported to ASAP. If your child is to attend ASAP after an exploration, you MUST communicate through the ASAP@stratford.org email to avoid the $25 late pickup fee. ASAP will still be available Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 5:15 p.m. at a price of $7.50 per hour. If your child is to attend ASAP between the end of the school day and an exploration class, they will be charged for the time in ASAP. They will receive a minimum of a one-hour ($7.50) charge. If your student is in ASAP for over one hour, they will be charged in 15-minute increments thereafter. Please be aware that we do not have a food service program during school closures. Failure to bring lunch will result in a $15 fee being charged to your account. If participating in a preschool class during the lunch hour, please refer to the class description for the lunch policy.  

By signing up for an exploration, you agree to the following guidelines.
 
Participation in Stratford Academy after-school programs follows the behavior and discipline policies outlined in the Stratford Family Handbook. Repeated violations or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension from the program no refund will be issued. If your child is dismissed from a class due to a behavior issue, they must be picked up immediately from ASAP.
