Dear Stratford Families,
Do you ever get to a Stratford athletic event and realize you don't have any cash for the concession stand? This is a reminder that our Booster Club is happy to offer their Concessions Card for purchase! The Concessions Card is a card that you can purchase in the Eagle's Nest and then use like cash at any Stratford HOME sporting event concession stand. Cards will be sold in $10 increments and must be paid for with cash or check (they can NOT be charged to student accounts). Once purchased, these cards will be just like cash and should be treated as such. (They will be laminated and numbered, and a list of cards sold will be kept in the Eagle's Nest.) Cards are good for the entire school year and can be used during all sports seasons at Stratford.
For families with middle and upper schoolers, you can simply send cash or a check with your student and they can stop by the Eagle's Nest and get your cards. For families with preschoolers and lower schoolers, parents can either come to the Eagle's Nest themselves or complete a simple order form that is available in the parent portal or on the Booster Club page at https://www.stratford.org/athletics/boosterclub and send their cash/check and form to their child's teacher. Mrs. Bridges in the Eagle's Nest will fill the orders and deliver the cards you have purchased back to your child's classroom.
We hope that this will help with those busy days when you don't have cash with you and want to get a snack from the concession stand!
