What to Expect in Stratford's Youth Football League

Stratford Youth Football is back for the 2024 season!  Listed below you will find important dates/details about our program for the 2024 year as well as tentative timelines. Please note that our youth football league is open to the entire community as well as all Stratford families. Please invite others if they are interested. Johnny Peterson will serve again as the director of our program. We are looking forward to a great season.

* Registration opens June 24th.

*Registrations for the Junior and Senior Leagues received after 12 noon on August 9th will be placed on a waitlist. Every effort will be made to place those players on a team.

Flag Football League

• 1st/2nd Grades ( No Helmets)
• Cost: $90 (includes t-shirt, mouthpiece & basic photo package) 
• We will have four sessions on Wednesday nights - September 4 (Postponed), September 11, September 18, and September 25. These sessions run 6:15-7:15 p.m. and will lead by Coach Carroll and Varsity players.

Junior Football League

• 3rd/4th Grades (Full Pads)
• Cost: $165 (includes jersey, helmet, pads, mouth piece & basic photo package)
• Three events per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)

Senior Football League

• 5th/6th Grades (Full Pads)
• Cost: $165 (includes jersey, helmet, pads, mouth piece and basic photo package)
• Three events per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Stratford, Tattnall, FPD, Windsor, Westfield, ACE, Crawford County

Important Dates:

Registration now - August 25th

August 18th - Fitting Day for Junior and Senior Leagues only for equipment.

August 20th - Frist practices for Junior and Senior Leagues.

September 5th - October 24th - Regular Season plus Tournament

September 4th - Tentative First Date for Flag Football
