Track - Girls Varsity

I attended Stratford from Pre-k through 12th grade. While at Stratford, I played softball, basketball, and ran track. I attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a BSED in Early Childhood Education. After graduation, I taught fifth grade for one year at Redding Elementary before returning to Stratford to teach preschool and elementary p.e. and to coach. I have been teaching and coaching at Stratford for 20 years. I have been the head varsity and middle school girls cross country coach for 17 years and the head middle school girls and assistant varsity girls track coach for 19 years. I am married to Rob and have two daughters that are current Stratford students.

I am from Macon and graduated from Windsor Academy. I played college basketball and graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelors in Business, Human Resources Management Degree. I coached at GSW for 1 year while getting my Bachelors in Science, Business Education Degree. After college, I began my high school coaching/teaching career as the Head Basketball/Assistant Softball/Track Coach at Sherwood Christian Academy in Albany, GA. After 5 years, I then moved back home to Macon and began working at Stratford as Assistant Basketball/Softball/Track Coach and teaching Middle School PE. I was at Stratford for 7 years before briefly leaving for Mary Persons High School for 2 years. In 2010, I added on a Physical Education Certificate. I came back to Stratford in 2012, coaching the same sports as before and teaching Lower and Middle School PE and High School Girl's PE.
