Stratford Academy's application Process is managed through our enrollment portal that tracks all of the steps within the admissions process.   

Within the portal you will fill out your application and have access to a checklist of items to complete the process, including necessary supporting documents and the ability to schedule your shadow day.

Access your application checklist via the admission portal and upload supporting documents to complete the application file.

Required documents include:

• Application
• Transcripts
• School Records
• Standardized Testing
  • (MAP, Star, or applicable testing. If you do not have testing, we will conduct an admissions evaluation during your Shadow Day for students entering grades 2-12.)
• Teacher Recommendation

An Admissions Shadow Day gives prospective students a firsthand look at life at Stratford Academy.

Preschool Shadow Days are ninety minutes long and scheduled during the Spring semester on select days. We observe how a child interacts in the classroom and their readiness to learn at grade level.

For students entering grades 2-12, your child will spend the day shadowing a current student, attending classes, exploring campus, and experiencing our academic, arts, and athletic programs in action. If prior standardized testing has not been submitted in the application process, we will conduct an admissions evaluation during your Shadow Day.

Meanwhile, parents will have the opportunity to meet with our Admissions Team to learn more about the application process, financial aid options, and what makes Stratford a community where students thrive both academically and personally.

Shadow Days can be scheduled in the enrollment portal once your application has been submitted.
