Eleven students from the class of 2026 hosted a fun run fundraiser as a part of their AP Language and Composition service project. Through sponsorships, t-shirt sales, and ticket purchases to the event, the group raised nearly $1700 for local nonprofit Loaves and Fishes, which helps to alleviate food insecurity in the Macon area. Participants in the event enjoyed the fun run, cornhole and spikeball, and Guitarras and Frios food trucks in a celebratory end to the year.
